The phased rollout and what "done" means at each stage.
Phase 1: Testnet validation (in progress)
Goal: prove every flow works reliably on live testnets before real capital.
- LP deposit → ship strategy → dock → withdraw (Base Sepolia + Unichain Sepolia)
- Single-chain SwapVM swap with pro-rata attribution (Base Sepolia, E2E proven April 2026)
- LayerZero V2 OFT adapters deployed and peered for mUSDC, mDAI, mWBTC, mWETH (both testnets)
- Cross-chain SwapVM swap with multi-LP partition repayment (Base Sepolia ↔ Unichain Sepolia, E2E proven 2026-05-07)
- [~] V4 JIT cross-chain swap loop with LayerZero OFT repayment delivery (code paths shipped; on-chain UUPS upgrade still pending)
- Filler UX and fill-time guarantees
Phase 2: Closed beta
Goal: real capital, controlled access, high signal feedback.
- Small cohort of LPs and fillers
- Limited strategy set (constant-product, stableswap) on Base and Unichain
- Stability and retention metrics before expanding
Phase 3: Public mainnet
Goal: broaden access once safety and stability criteria are met.
- Expand supported chains and strategy types based on testnet usage
- Improve developer integration surfaces (SDK, webhooks)
- Security process maturity (audit coverage, monitoring, incident response)
Phase 4: Scale
Goal: become the default shared liquidity layer for cross-chain execution.
