Get an LP's combined cross-chain backable capacity for one asset

READ-ONLY DISPLAY VIEW. Aggregates the LP's free principal for one asset symbol across every fleet chain where a vault for it is deployed, netted per chain against pending withdrawals and active backing earmarks. This view does not reserve anything and can be momentarily stale -- committing capital always re-reads and reserves atomically at authorization time.

Get an LP's vault deposit and withdrawal history

Returns the wallet's vault deposits and withdrawals, newest first, with each withdrawal split between principal returned and credit claimed. Omit chainId to cover every chain on the surface, and page with the returned cursor.
