Open a market on Solana (Orca, Raydium)
Opens an Orca or Raydium market for a pair, with its strategy, at the price feed's price. A new market's setup is paid by your wallet: a 402 names the amount, and you call again with the payment.
Your API key. Authorizing a swap or opening a market takes a key issued to your integration, and the shared key the docs fill in reads and quotes only.

Says who pays the network fee to open a market and what it costs, after the same checks an open runs. When you pay and name the payer, it returns the transfer to send first, for an exact amount.
Build a market setup payment on Solana
Builds the transfer that pays a new market's setup, for the owner's wallet to sign. Send it with the vault transaction submit, then open the market with its `requestId` in `payments`.
